UNCOD3 partnered directly with the TON Foundation to bring clarity and cohesion to TON as a global blockchain ecosystem. Our role was to define how TON presents itself, communicates value, and activates growth across products, partners, and audiences.
What we defined
- Led a deep strategic reset around TON's values, ambition, and role in the ecosystem
- Developed the core brand narrative, manifesto, product pillars, and unified messaging system
- Established a clear, consistent voice positioning TON as credible, scalable, and product-led
How we activated it
- Led UX thinking, information architecture, copy, and creative direction for the official TON website
- Shaped the TON Wallet launch strategy, including ambassador and influencer approach
- Defined campaign messaging, landing page experience, and performance-led narratives to support adoption
Ecosystem impact
- Helped frame TON Pay as ecosystem infrastructure, enabling crypto payments and digital collectable minting
- Delivered brand guidelines and creative direction to keep execution aligned across teams
- Worked closely with leadershup through workshops and ongoing collaboration to ensure strategic focus and cosnsistency as TON scaled
